About Medical City Green Oaks Hospital Adult Day Treatment

Medical City Green Oaks Hospital Adult Day Treatment is a Dallas based outpatient behavioral health program offering day treatment and partial hospitalization for adults managing mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

The program provides group therapy, medication management with board certified psychiatrists, nursing education and counseling from licensed therapists for individuals who need intensive support without overnight admission.

As part of the Medical City Healthcare and HCA Healthcare network, Green Oaks brings decades of behavioral health experience to North Texas, delivering structured care that helps adults stabilize while continuing to live at home.

Partial Hospitalization Programs

The Adult Day Treatment program serves as a step down or step up level of care for adults whose needs go beyond traditional outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient treatment.

PHP runs Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, with lunch provided on site at the Three Forest Plaza Office Building.

Treatment blends group therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, psychiatric medication management and education led by licensed clinicians.

This integrated approach helps adults address underlying triggers, build coping skills and create a sustainable plan for ongoing recovery.

Dual Diagnosis and Co-Occurring Care

Green Oaks offers dual diagnosis support for adults living with both mental health conditions and chemical dependency, including alcohol and opioid concerns.

The team coordinates psychiatric assessment with substance use care so co-occurring needs are treated together rather than in isolation.

Getting Started
