Patients have access to multiple MAT options including methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, Sublocade and Vivitrol allowing care teams to match medication choice to each person's needs.
Treatment pairs medication with evidence based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and psychoeducation, relapse prevention and 12 step programming.
Sessions include one on one counseling and group support, with intensive outpatient programming available for those needing more structure.
Behavioral Intervention

Getting Started
Sunlight Medical Services delivers in person outpatient care at its medical plaza office on West Thunderbird Road in Glendale, with early morning hours Monday through Saturday to accommodate working adults.
The program accepts a range of public and private insurers including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna, Molina and UnitedHealthcare and offers cash pay options with payment plans available.
