Positive Change Institute is located just east of Phoenix, in Mesa, Arizona. They offer outpatient addiction treatment. While they provided traditional and intensive outpatient programs, there is no medically supervised detox program.

The facility offers treatment to young adults 18 years old. They also work closely with justice involved individuals who had a history of domestic violence to meet their court mandated education and treatment requirements.
