Treatment is fully virtual at Life Management Resources, an addiction treatment center in Plano, Texas. The program treats alcohol and drug dependency.

Outpatient Tracks in Plano

Life Management Resources offers outpatient rehab in two tracks, and both run eight weeks. The intensive track meets three times a week for group therapy and follows the Matrix Model, a structured treatment approach. The supportive track is five to six hours a week across two sessions.

They arrange medication-assisted treatment, which uses medication along with counseling, through a local doctor who is an ASAM member. They refer someone to another provider when a mental health diagnosis is very serious.

Morning or Evening Groups

Groups at Life Management Resources meet in the morning or the evening, and meetings run every day. You can attend as a visitor today.

They accept Medicare and Texas Medicaid, and they work with most major insurance companies. If you don’t have insurance, there’s a sliding scale or a payment plan.
