Twin Town Treatment Centers Orange

In Orange, California, Twin Town Treatment Centers is an outpatient rehab on the second floor of the Batavia Woods Medical Center, above the pharmacy. Adolescent programs for developmental ages 12 to 17 and adult programs for developmental ages 18 and older are kept separate.

Medical detox isn't offered at this Orange location. Detox without an overnight stay and medication-assisted treatment are available through referrals to community physicians and clinics that coordinate with the center.

Program Hours in Orange

Plan on eight hours a day, up to six days a week, for day treatment at Twin Town. You return home each evening, so getting there and back is part of each treatment day.

Adults and adolescents start in intensive outpatient treatment, 3 hours a day, five to six days a week, with at least 2 meetings a week at a 12-step group or another support group.

Aftercare lasts four months, twice a week and then once a week. You can come to the Orange center in person or join online for more convenience.

The State of California certifies Twin Town, and the Joint Commission accredits it. They don't contract with Kaiser, and self-pay is an option along with credit plans.

They're contracted to treat MediCal patients with a substance use disorder across Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
