About GraceToChange
Grace to Change is a nonprofit that helps teens and adults who're fighting mental health and substance abuse disorders. You'll find their site based in McKinney, Texas. They have plenty of outpatient programs that can accommodate your lifestyle and needs.
The facility accepts Medicaid. They also have self-pay options. Government funding might be available if you qualify.
Programs Tailored for You
Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) lasts about 6 weeks and includes 18 counseling sessions held three times a week. The supportive outpatient program is similar in length to IOP but provides 12 counseling sessions held twice a week. Both programs’ counseling sessions include individual and group therapy sessions and provide an outlet to share your experience with peers who have similar issues.
Clients have lauded these programs for making them feel safe and at peace. They credit the services for enabling them to strive for sobriety and to remake their lives.
Change for All
One unique feature at Grace to Change is their Treatment Over Incarceration program. This service offers rehabilitation instead of imprisonment for justice offenders.
Aftercare provides free weekly therapy to reinforce your sobriety. Alumni can mentor those just starting out and guide them on their way. You can also partake in local philanthropy, and Grace to Change sponsors lots of fundraisers for the local community.
