What kinds of care can you get at Sober Partners?
There’s an outpatient clinic in Newport Beach if you’d rather stay at home. Aftercare programs are offered too, along with help on FMLA and leave requests. Does Sober Partners take Medicaid or only PPO plans?
Only PPO plans are accepted. You can’t use Medicaid, and you can’t use Medi-Cal either. That’s the insurance coverage for rehab rule at this program.
Is medication-assisted treatment available for alcohol?
Yes. Medication-assisted treatment is an option in alcohol treatment. Naltrexone is a medicine used for that care. It blocks the euphoric feelings of alcohol and of opioids.
