This focus also shapes who the program serves. Our Common Ground accepts criminal justice and forensic clients along with adults who have co occurring disorders.

The setting is smoke free and vape free so you have a clean and fresh space to heal and recover.

Detox to Sober Living

Few community nonprofits operate the range Our Common Ground does.

They offer withdrawal management with medical services, residential care, outpatient treatment and transitional sober living.

Making it more accessible care is split across its East Palo Alto residential site and a Redwood City program location. You can step down through every level without changing organizations.

The program pairs that continuum with vocational help, work readiness, life skills services, transportation assistance and connections to housing and aftercare for ongoing recovery needs.
