Fontana Center for Change

Fontana Center for Change helps those who’ve been convicted in the Fontana Drug Court in Colton, California. They provide case management and counseling. Individual counseling covers assessment, crisis intervention and treatment planning. Group sessions focus on building life skills such as preventing relapse, family education, early intervention and socialization. Case managers assist with mental health, continuing education and finding employment. They have many contacts in the community for other referrals.
