The facility offers ASAM Level 3.5 and 3.7 certified adult programs.

Meadows Behavioral Healthcare is in network with most major insurers, including Aetna, Blue Cross and Evernorth, Optum and Tricare West and also works with out of network plans and self pay.
As of January 2025, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is in network for Arizona inpatient centers.
