Hope House 3

Hope House 3 is a residential substance use treatment program in Redwood City, California and is operated by the nonprofit Service League of San Mateo County since 1990.

This women only program offers structured residential addiction treatment and mental health services, case management and recovery supports.

Hope House takes a trauma informed and culturally sensitive approach that welcomes women from all backgrounds including those who are pregnant, postpartum or caring for an infant during treatment.

Open Door Support

Care centers on residential substance use disorder treatment, available in both short term and long term settings, beginning with personalized treatment and discharge planning.

Graduates can move into transitional housing and stay engaged through weekly alumni groups and an open door support policy.

You can expect counseling and addiction education, relapse prevention and 12 step coursework.

The program uses evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing while addressing co-occurring mental health disorders, trauma and domestic violence.
