BreakThroughs Outpatient Treatment is located on Wylie Drive in Modesto, California. They'are located in an urban community in a downtown shopping district with access to restaurants, businesses and shopping centers. You can also find them close to major cultural attractions including the Gallo Center for the Arts, Modesto Children’s Museum and the McHenry Museum.

You can access BreakThroughs from Highway 99 and 132. You can also visit natural nearby landmarks including Tuolumne River Regional Park, the Tuolumne River and Graceada Park.

Therapy Sessions Offered Via Telehealth

Breakthrough provides a 3 hour per week outpatient program that is Zoom-based. This offers you the ability to complete your therapy program from the comfort of your own home. It also is ideal if you are having issues with transportation to and from their facility.

EMDR to Treat PTSD and Related Trauma

When you arrive for therapy, they will typically start with a 2-hour assessment of your mental health and other drug addiction conditions. I like that they also offer eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to treat those who have been diagnosed with PTSD. This provides you with a unique psychotherapy that has been proven effective to those who have experienced trauma or other PTSD symptoms.

Treatment Focused on Healing Mind, Body and Spirit

Then you will be provided with a treatment plan for an intensive outpatient program (IOP). The typical IOP program lasts 10 weeks and includes both one-on-one counseling and family sessions. Their program approach is integrated and focuses on your whole-body recovery including your mind, body and spirit.
