Assertive Community Treatment

Westside Assertive Community Treatment is a community based mental health and substance use treatment program in San Francisco, California serving adults through an intensive case management model.

Part of Westside Community Services and located at 245 11th Street, the program supports individuals with severe mental illness who might otherwise require psychiatric hospitalization.

Mental Health and Recovery Programs

Westside ACT offers an outpatient format built around intensive case management rather than residential treatment.

Participants can expect crisis support and urgent care, structured individual and group activities, and life skills coaching covering medication adherence, money management and transportation, hygiene and social skills.

The program also provides employment and vocational training, with co-occurring disorder support available through Westside's integrated services.
