Phoenix House Dallas, also known as the Hill A. Feinberg Academy and Counseling Center, was an adolescent addiction treatment center in Dallas, Texas, dedicated to teens struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns.
The program offered residential and outpatient services designed around therapy, family involvement and academic support.
