McAlister Institute North Coastal Regional Recovery Center (NCRRC) is an alcohol and drug treatment provider in Oceanside, California. McAlister also offers a program that I think will help many women. It’s called SAFE and is for women referred by Child Welfare Services (CWS). The program helps women who are working to reunite with their children and offers them a safe, clean, supervised living environment for themselves and their children as they work toward independence.
