About Action Central
Action Central is an outpatient behavioral mental health and addiction treatment center in San Diego, California. They treat children, teenagers, adults, and seniors, as well as veterans and people experiencing homelessness. Their programs treat individuals with substance use disorders (SUD), mental health disorders, and those with co-occurring addiction and mental health challenges. Clients receive therapy, peer support, medication management, and community-based supportive housing services. Clients learn and practice self-management.
