Medication supported recovery with Suboxone is available, and the team helps clients transition to ongoing outpatient care, residential programs, mental health services, primary care or substance-free housing.
Getting Help with Screenings and Withdrawal
The center serves adults seeking withdrawal management for alcohol, opioids and other substances, including individuals with complex medical needs like pregnancy, diabetes or high blood pressure. Screening and coordination for HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are also part of the program.
The program admits clients Monday through Friday mornings based on triage and capacity, and outpatient services are available by walk-in or appointment.

Hooper accepts Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid), self-pay and some private insurance. They do not turn anyone away for inability to pay. Staff can also help with enrollment in the Oregon Health Plan if needed.
