Medically assisted detox is at the Miami inpatient center, with round-the-clock supervision. Residential treatment is phase two, in a 24-hour supervised Miami facility. Outpatient services are offered too, so care isn’t only the overnight stay. More on detox is under medical detox.

Dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR are among the therapies used. Dual diagnosis care treats substance use along with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD or another co-occurring condition. Those are the addiction therapy options used here.

Residential treatment is phase two at the Miami center, and that center is supervised 24 hours a day. You stay on site for that phase rather than coming in for a few hours. Inpatient detox and outpatient services are also offered, so this phase isn’t the only form of care.

Programs are offered for men, for women and for older adults. You can be in the group that fits you, and the center names each of those groups. Evidence-based therapies are part of that same approach.
