It’s an outpatient program for working adults who live at home. You’ll find an intensive outpatient track, an outpatient level of at least six weeks, and a virtual intensive outpatient option whose frequency follows clinical recommendations. Weekly aftercare group sessions reinforce therapy. More on that is under aftercare planning. Confidential Recovery can also help set up an intervention, and dual diagnosis therapy is on the list.

CBT, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, Seeking Safety and mindfulness meditation are among the addiction therapy options. CBT helps you recognize thoughts that lead to negative behavior, and dialectical behavior therapy teaches skills for intense emotions. Ongoing treatment requires an outside group. SMART Recovery, Life Ring or AA can fill that requirement. Care covers alcohol, opioid, fentanyl and opiate addiction.

The outpatient level has a minimum of six weeks. Weekly group sessions are there to reinforce therapy. An intensive outpatient track is also offered. It’s set up for working adults who live at home, and dual diagnosis therapy is among the therapies used.

Working adults who stay employed and live at home are the core group. The program also serves professionals, first responders, veterans and other adults. Veterans are on staff, and that makes a welcoming environment for other veterans.

Many health plans are accepted, and out-of-pocket patients can pay rates called reasonable. Anthem Blue Cross covers family counseling, relapse prevention, dual diagnosis treatment and outpatient programs. The program is certified by TriWest to treat veterans.
