Community Reach Center Northglenn is one CARF accredited location of several run by Community Reach Centers. Northglenn is located in Northglenn, Colorado, where they provide comprehensive outpatient care in virtual or in person settings.

Northglenn is roughly seven miles north of Denver. They have approximately 500 acres of parks with numerous walking trails and a strong recreation center that can supplement a recovery program. The nearly 39,000 residents enjoy smaller neighborhoods and open spaces that support mental health treatment.

The North Glen Outpatient Center has clinic hours Monday through Friday and accepts new client walk-ins on Thursdays. Their behavioral health programs are designed to meet you where you are, so the treatment you receive promotes stability and emotional resilience.

Community Reach offers outpatient care that covers a behavioral health assessment, psychiatric treatment, substance disorder counseling and rehabilitative therapy. The comprehensive approach also includes pharmacological services, case management and peer support services to help you take control of your life.

Case management begins with a comprehensive assessment that's followed by referrals and psychosocial rehabilitation to help you improve your social skills and develop effective coping strategies that promote independence. Medical services are available to manage medications and teach you about your physical health, helping you to make smart choices.
