About The Phoenix
The Phoenix is a Denver sober active community that supports people recovering from alcohol and substance use, as well as anyone choosing to live a sober lifestyle.
Through fitness-based programming, meditation, Recovery Dharma meetings and social events, it builds recovery support around connection and belonging rather than a clinic model.
Its mission is to fuel resilience through the transformational power of connection, helping people rise, recover and live.
Sober Active Community
At its core The Phoenix offers a peer-led, activity-based recovery experience that brings people together through movement and shared sober living.
Programming includes CrossFit, open gym, yoga and community-building events designed to be accessible across all fitness and experience levels.
Instead of structured clinical sessions members engage in physically active and socially connected experiences that reinforce sobriety and belonging.
This model helps address the isolation that often accompanies recovery offering consistent connection and encouragement from a supportive sober community.
Movement, Mindfulness, and Connection
Beyond fitness The Phoenix integrates mindfulness and peer support to round out its recovery approach.
Members can access meditation, Recovery Dharma meetings, on-demand classes, podcasts and virtual resources through the NewForm app.
This digital ecosystem extends engagement with event registration, community groups and milestone tracking.
