About The Oaks House Sober Living
The Oaks House Sober Living is a sober living home in Thousand Oaks, California. The Women's Recovery House is for women and the Men's Recovery House is for men, both for people with alcoholism or drug dependence.

Aftercare in Thousand Oaks
The Oaks House provides aftercare for those who have previously completed their time with detox facilities, treatment centers and intensive outpatient programs.
Medical detox, residential treatment and outpatient care aren't offered here.
The intensive outpatient treatment plan still applies while you live at the house, and staff hold you accountable.
Residents go to one meeting a day at minimum, and transportation to those meetings and to appointments comes with the time you stay at the house.
Each week includes a step meeting, a step guide and 12 step instructions.
Life Skills with Previously Recovery Members
The house teaches fitness and nutrition, money management and coaching for work and school.
Staff stay on site around the clock, and each of them has been through the twelve steps. They aren't addiction treatment professionals.
You pay privately for a stay, and the house has 31 to 50 beds.
