The Lennard Clinic III (TLC III) is a CARF accredited, SAMHSA certified nonprofit outpatient opioid treatment center serving adults in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
The clinic offers MAT, intensive outpatient programming, detoxification, individual and group counseling and cooccurring disorder support.
TLC III delivers an integrated, outcome driven continuum of care designed to reduce illicit drug use, improve overall health, and promote long term social and economic stability.
MAT for Opioid Addiction
TLC III specializes in outpatient MAT for opioid dependence, offering both methadone maintenance and buprenorphine based treatment for adults 18 and older.
Treatment decisions are guided during intake by a clinician who tailors the plan to each client's medical and recovery needs.
Care includes intake screening, individualized treatment planning, methadone dosing, physical exams, chronic illness care and ongoing individual and group counseling.
Clients also receive relapse prevention, addiction education, case management and recovery support to address the underlying drivers of opioid use.
Specialized Support for Women
TLC III provides specialized services for pregnant women and women with dependent children, alongside cooccurring disorder programming.
The clinic also offers HIV counseling and testing, smoking cessation, infectious disease referrals and DUI/IDRC programming.
Access and Insurance
TLC III operates in person at 850 Woodruff Lane in Elizabeth, serving adults across Essex, Union and surrounding counties.
The clinic is licensed by the NJ Department of Human Services, certified by SAMHSA and accredited by CARF as an opioid treatment provider.
TLC III accepts Medicaid, Work First/SAI, NJ Managed Care Plans, state funded options, private insurance and self pay, with sliding scale and payment plan options available.
