Forms of Technology Treatment

As technology advances, we have more accurate and improved methods in the healthcare field. Advanced brain scans can now detect a more accurate diagnosis and dual diagnosis.

This clinic uses brain images to reveal physical damage to the brain due to substance use or an injury. Brain mapping detects abnormalities in brain function. Neurofeedback and biofeedback measure the success of therapies being used.

Therapies and Modalities

The clinic specializes in treating brain injuries from alcohol, club drugs, cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, inhalants, LSD, marijuana, MDMA, methamphetamines, opiates, and PCP. Treatments and therapies include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialetcial behavioral therapy (DBT), hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and brain adjustments in computer labs.

The clinic offers a non 12 step treatment path. Non 12 step methods use little or no medications while relying on technology and specialists to adjust, stabilize, and sustain recovery for the client.

Medical Detox for Withdrawals

Medical detox is available at the clinic and is conducted in the SHARP Mesta Vista Hospital. Inpatient treatment can be 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days. Their 24 week program boasts an 86 percent success rate.

Outpatient Substance Use Programs

Clients may choose to participate in a 14 to 90 day outpatient program. Outpatient programs offered include partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and general outpatient.

As a client you will have access to fitness programs such as yoga, acupuncture, swimming, and expressive art. The center’s retreat wellness center will be available for you and there are sober living options as needed.
