Santa Maria Jacquelyn House is the Westside Houston outpatient location of Santa Maria Hostel, a nonprofit addiction recovery organization serving women and their families.
The program offers outpatient substance use disorder treatment using cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma informed care, relapse prevention and 12 step support.

Santa Maria Jacquelyn House is located at 2005 Jacquelyn Drive in Houston's Spring Branch East area, with in person outpatient services and virtual intensive outpatient programs available in morning and evening schedules.
The program accepts Medicaid and private insurance, state funded options and self pay, with financial assistance and sliding scale support available.
