My clean date is September 13, 1995. I got to the Ranch tore up from the floor up. Just like everyone else there and I was scared to death! Got reviews as one of those guys that just won't make it 120 days. A month in I put on 30 pounds of body weight and my mind and body started to recover. The thinking change followed. I love old Dave Saunders great fuckn teacher!! I listened to everything that came out of his mouth and wrote it down and still have my notes today. I have not had to use since.
