The center also provides opioid substitution therapy with buprenorphine and methadone plus withdrawal management and ongoing medication support. Veterans seeking residential care can access the Veterans Recovery House, a 24 hour transitional living program with 29 beds located on the Vancouver VA campus.

All services are designed exclusively for Veterans with specialty programming for women, Veterans age 65 and older, and those addressing substance use tied to trauma, PTSD, or chronic pain. The Veterans Recovery House serves both male and female Veterans experiencing homelessness or seeking substance use treatment.
