Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Fred Leroy Health and Wellness Center is a tribally operated outpatient addiction treatment program in Omaha, Nebraska serving Native Americans and others eligible for Indian Health Services. Located at 2602 J Street, the clinic offers substance use counseling, mental health services and dual diagnosis treatment for adolescents through adults along with youth prevention programming for ages 5 to 18.
