OneWorld Community Health Centers Livestock Exchange Building Campus is a Federally Qualified Health Center offering outpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment services in Omaha, Nebraska.
The center provides individual, family and group therapy alongside medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder treating adults and adolescents, children and seniors. OneWorld's integrated care model combines medical, behavioral health and addiction services to treat the whole person ensuring no one is turned away due to inability to pay.
Medication Assisted Treatment
OneWorld's MAT program is a cornerstone of its substance use treatment services, using FDA approved medications like buprenorphine and naltrexone to help individuals overcome opioid addiction. Access and Payment Options
OneWorld serves patients at its Livestock Exchange campus on South 30th Street in Omaha with outpatient and telehealth appointments available Monday through Friday. Services are offered in English and Spanish with medical interpreters available for other languages.
The center accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance plans, and offers a sliding fee scale based on income and family size for those without coverage.
