About Pierce County Alliance
Pierce County Alliance is an addiction treatment center in Tacoma, Washington. They treat adults, and they’ve worked with people in the justice system for over 50 years.
Outpatient Care in Tacoma
You can walk in for an assessment from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and care is in person or by telehealth.
Pierce County Alliance offers outpatient rehab, including intensive outpatient, so people go home after a visit instead of staying overnight. They don’t offer residential treatment or sober living at this center.
They provide medication for opioid use disorder on site. Medications include methadone, Suboxone and Vivitrol, with others as needed.
Court and Jail Programs
The alliance takes part in a felony drug court program that was set up in 1994 with the Pierce County Superior Court.
They also work with a family recovery court on dependency filings, when the children are under the purview of the state. Plus, they offer substance use treatment to men and women at Pierce County Jail.
If you can’t pay, that won’t keep you out, and they accept Medicaid.
