About Alta Counseling and Testing

From there, clients may step into intensive or standard outpatient services tailored to their goals.
Treatment includes individual substance counseling, group sessions and educational courses such as ADIS and VIP classes.
Approaches associated with the program include cognitive behavioral therapy and 12 step methods, with relapse prevention and ongoing monitoring built into the continuum.
