Northbound Treatment Services

Northbound Treatment Services is an outpatient addiction treatment center and assessment hub in Seattle's Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. They serve adults and young adults with both substance use and mental health disorders.

The Seattle office offers clinical assessments, day treatment and intensive outpatient programs, counseling and family support. They also provide an alternative sentencing assistance with insurance verification at no cost.

Does Northbound offer residential rehab?

Northbound's Queen Anne office handles assessments, outpatient care and family coordination, but there is no on site detox or residential rehab.

If you need detox or residential care, you can be referred to another one of Northbound's licensed Orange County locations and then step back down through partial hospitalization and alumni support with local aftercare resources available back in Seattle.

More than half of Northbound patient's come from outside Orange County. For someone open to treatment away from their using environment, it removes the usual burden of coordinating an out of state admission alone.

What Is Northbound's InVivo treatment?

Northbound's InVivo is built around keeping clients engaged with real world responsibilities and community life while they remain in a supportive clinical setting, rather than isolating them for the duration of treatment.

You'll work with a personal treatment team that may include an addiction psychiatrist and primary therapist, trauma therapist and addictions counselor and roughly one third of staff are program alumni.

Northbound Seattle is in network with more than 15 major commercial carriers, but Medicaid is not accepted.
