About Therapeutic Health Services Seneca Branch
Therapeutic Health Services Seneca Branch provides behavioral health services in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood offering addiction recovery and mental health care.
As part of the center's combined Summit/Seneca location, it delivers substance use treatment, medication, mental health counseling and family support for adults.
As Washington's leading nonprofit for addiction recovery and mental health, THS pairs evidence-based, strengths-based care with practical, whole-person support designed to meet you where you are.
Medication-Assisted Treatment
The Seneca Branch's core focus is its opioid treatment program for adults, combining medication-assisted recovery with structured counseling.
Patients can access methadone and Suboxone alongside chemical dependency assessments, medical exams and evaluations, with walk-in hours available for new methadone treatment patients seeking rapid entry into care.
Treatment blends medication management with counseling sessions to address both the physical and underlying drivers of substance use.
Outpatient and intensive outpatient groups are offered in person and via telehealth for enrolled patients, supporting steady sustainable progress.
Mental Health Care Support
Along with addiction care, the center provides mental health assessments, psychiatric medication management, case management and crisis intervention.
The branch offers culturally responsive services, including an African-American Ethnic Mental Health Specialty.
The team also provides wraparound programs like Pregnant & Parenting services, veteran outreach, and drug court, DUI and probation-related support.
