My Time Recovery is a family-owned treatment facility in Fresno, California that specializes in substance abuse and mental health disorders. They are accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the Department of Healthcare Services in California.
Most services are covered by private insurance plans or self-pay options. They don’t accept Medi-Cal but do provide resources to other local treatment centers that accept this form of insurance.
Personalized Residential Care Programs
My Time Recovery offers programs that run 30, 60, or 90 days for clients. After your assessment, you’ll be placed under one of those schedules according to your needs. The facility offers private and semi private rooms, chef-prepared meals every day and a fitness center to encourage physical activity which is a big component of holistic healing.
Clients have access to attend individual and group psychotherapy, relapse prevention classes, family counseling, and mental health programs that all help in long-term sobriety.
Specialized Therapies and Unique Offerings
The facility offers some experiential therapies such as adventure, yoga, sound, and art therapy. Combining these sessions with the standard programs, clients have more options to join classes that fit their unique needs. This ensures an environment or individuals can express themselves and process their emotions while they heal from addiction.
