About Fresno New Connections
Fresno New Connections (FNC) is a private nonprofit organization that has been providing drug and alcohol treatments to the community of Fresno, California since 1975. Since their establishment, they’ve helped thousands of people break free of their addictions and regain control of their lives. Their mission isn’t only to treat the core addiction but also to help the people they care for develop so that they can uplift their families and impact their communities in positive and productive ways.
A Holistic Approach to Care
FNC provides culturally sensitive outpatient alcohol and drug addiction treatments. They abide by the philosophy that addiction is a disease and therefore take a judgement free, evidence based, and yet holistic approach to treatment.
They define recovery as the ability to live comfortably without the need for mood or mind altering drugs. Throughout the treatment journey, their goal will be to help their client take personal responsibility and become more aware of the habits and thought patterns behind the addiction in order to overcome these contributing factors.
Offering a Helping Hand
FNC is committed to helping their clients pursue a healthy and sober future. As a part of this mission, they also accept state insurance as well as county funding to help keep their self pay options as low as possible.
