About HealthRight 360 FOTEP
The Walden House of HealthRight 360 in San Francisco, California, was established in 1969 to help homeless adults and runaway teenagers with their substance use issues. Today the house offers treatment services including residential, outpatient, and custody based. Their Treasure Island Step Down program has a men’s center on Gateview Avenue. It’s not too far from the Bay or GAA Fields.
The house treats individuals regardless of age, race, color, religion, citizenship status, sexual orientation, or disability. The house serves those the uninsured through federal or government funding. They are CARF-accredited and they’re a CAADPE member.
Integrated and Specialized Care for Addicts
The center offers integrated care which includes primary medical care, chronic disease management, and treatment for substance use disorders. Specialized services are available for parolees.
They’re certified to accept court referred clients. Treatment is provided for those with co-occurring disorders and trauma survivors. Your family is invited to participate in your treatment.
Therapies and Services for Substance Use
Therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), relapse prevention, and trauma related counseling. They’ll assign you a case manager to assist you with housing and employment. Social skills training and mental health support prepare clients to reintegrate back into society.
The house offers long term residential treatment for addiction. It provides a sober living environment which will enable you to continue with your sobriety after leaving the house. Special tracks are available for young adults and those with HIV.
Continued Support in Aftercare Services
After treatment is complete, you’ll still receive support through coaching and mentorship. Your coach and mentor will be there to encourage you and support you through recovery and your continued sobriety.
