Supportive Care for Continuing Recovery

They have a really strong continuing care program that includes a well put together transitional housing program. This program gets you in touch with subsidized housing options, nutritional meals, and ongoing counseling services for up to a year. Through this program, you can stay on the course of your recovery even after you've completed treatment.
