Outpatient Treatment for Substance Use in Fort Lauderdale

Intensive outpatient care services are provided at Lauderdale by the Sea and consist of fewer hours per week than partial hospitalization. The facility offers a tranquil setting across from the beach with an ocean view. Here you will enjoy the pool, barbecues, a rooftop penthouse, and an outdoor lounge area. You’ll be treated with evidence based approaches that will help you develop strategies to avoid relapse
Evolutions is credentialed by Tricare East and Optum Serve to provide veterans with substance use treatment under the VA’s Community Care Network. You will be referred by the VA for coordinated care that ensures you have full access to treatment.

Referral for Detoxification and Residential

If you need help withdrawing from a substance, you will be referred to the Miami residential facility. The center offers medication assisted treatment to reduce withdrawal symptoms and cravings. After detox, you will begin residential treatment at the Miami center.
Residential treatment offers psychiatry services, individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy and medical wellness services. Your family will be able to participate in your treatment with therapy and family weekend activities. Couple counseling is also available.
After residential treatment you can be referred to the Fort Lauderdale partial hospitalization program. This is the most intensive form of outpatient treatment with a multidisciplinary team working with you to ensure recovery.
