Daybreak is a case management company that offers services to men and women who have mental illness, a traumatic brain injury, or who have been recently released from prison. They help individuals live an independent life as much as possible, while helping them meet their unmet needs. Assistance with insurance, transportation, advocacy, and basic life support such connections to organizations that can help with work, accommodations, and support groups may be provided. If an individual is struggling with addiction, a referral to an alcohol or drug rehab may be necessary.
