The Center for Success and Independence

The Center for Success and Independence, in Houston, Texas, Is a 12 step focused dual diagnosis care center for adolescents between the ages of 12 and 17 with co-occurring addiction and mental illness. They offer long term residential programming and intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient (OP), and aftercare programming. Their programs are based on the Matrix Model and combine DBT, trauma informed CBT, and motivational enhancement therapy with age specific, recovery focused life skills training.
