Cascadia Woodland Park Health Center is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center and Federally Qualified Health Center in Portland, Oregon offering integrated addiction recovery and behavioral health services.

Services include individual therapy with professional counselors and substance use education, relapse prevention and medication supported recovery, along with co-occurring disorders treatment and aftercare support.

Sessions draw on evidence based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and rational behavior therapy to address both symptoms and underlying patterns.

Medication options including buprenorphine/Suboxone for opioid use, are available alongside counseling and some clients value the staff continuity and sense of being remembered between visits.

Gambling and DUII Services

Located in Suite 200 of the Calista Medical Plaza on NE Hancock Street in Portland, the center offers in person care, with some online individual treatment available for eligible gambling clients after an in person assessment.

Cascadia accepts Medicaid, private insurance and self pay, and offers financing, financial assistance and sliding scale options, with dedicated funds available for eligible gambling treatment.
