About Carolina Outreach
Carolina Outreach is a drug and alcohol rehab located in Durham, NC. They provide outpatient substance abuse treatment, an intensive outpatient program, medication management, co-occurring disorder treatment, DWI assessment, and basic aftercare for adults and adolescents. The components of these programs include 12 step meetings, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, individual and group therapy, case management, and relapse prevention. Intensive in home therapy, school based mental health therapy and outpatient therapy are available for children and their families.
