Carolina Center for Recovery treats individuals who are suffering from drug and alcohol abuse as well as co-occurring conditions relating to mental health. They are located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I was struck with the variety of treatment options they offer.

I also like that they offer some recreational activities to make things more enjoyable and make your experience a positive one. Some of these activities include yoga, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball.
Their therapists and staff also have lived experience in recovery, so they can relate to what you go through and have the patience to get you through it.
