About Hope Haven
Hope Haven is a long term residential recovery program in Charlotte, North Carolina offering a therapeutic community for adults and families impacted by substance use disorder. They provide counseling and health support as well as workforce development and help securing stable housing and employment after clients complete detox or primary treatment elsewhere.
Hope Haven is known as the area's only long term residential program where families can live together during recovery.
What kind of recovery program does Hope Haven offer?
Hope Haven provides long term residential treatment in a therapeutic community setting and does not provide detox or crisis care. Families can be housed together with children up to 12 years old being able to live onsite with a parent. Spouses may attend together if one meets admission criteria. Court involved clients are also welcome.
How much does the program cost?
Services are free initially. Once a resident is employed the monthly program fee is $390. Hope Haven accepts Medicaid, state funding for eligible North Carolina county residents, and offers financial assistance options.
