Levels of care
- Detox
- Detox treatment keeps watch over withdrawal symptoms from start to finish. Changes in how a person feels are noticed early and met with the right kind of support.
- Inpatient / residential
- The day runs on a set schedule while a person lives on site, with planned times for groups, therapy and rest.
- Partial hospitalization (PHP)
- Someone who needs full days of support yet is steady enough to rest at home may find the right fit in Indiana.
- Outpatient
- Between sessions, people try out new coping skills in real settings like home, work, and social plans. That practice turns ideas from counseling into habits.
- Aftercare support
- Anyone in early recovery, when risk of return to use is highest, can find steady footing through continuing aftercare support.
- Co-occurring disorders
- When a person in Indiana faces both a substance use disorder and a mental health issue, each can fuel the other. Care treats them together so neither one grows while the other is handled.
- Sober living
- Residents spend weekdays at jobs or classes and split the rent together, a common arrangement for homes across Indiana.

Dean D. August 2026
I will be forever grateful to the staff BOH. They gave me an opportunity to get my life back almost four years ago. As I vowed at the time, I have not drank again. There are some special people who made that possible I will not forget them. Thank you again.
