Treatment programs support individuals experiencing alcohol, opioid, fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, prescription drug and Delta 9 use disorders.
Services are available for adult men and women, young adults, individuals with co-occurring disorders and participants seeking Spanish language programming. Treatment may include individual therapy, psychoeducation, 12 Step introduction and group sessions.
These strategies focus on mindfulness, WRAP, relapse prevention, harm reduction and addiction and brain health education. Family involvement is a key component of care, with weekly multiple family group therapy sessions and family education groups.
Medical services are provided by a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and counselors who offer 24 hour observation and medication management during detoxification.
The 99 bed residential campus provides a structured environment with daily schedules that include meals, therapeutic chores, gender specific groups, recreation and onsite AA or NA meetings.
ARCA serves a 97 county North Carolina catchment area through partnerships with Managed Care Organizations and Local Management Entities. Payment options include self pay, private insurance, co pay arrangements, sliding scale assistance and MCO or LME funding.
