About Insight Human Services
Insight Human Services is an outpatient addiction treatment center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with its office on West 4th Street.

Getting In Without an Appointment

The intensive outpatient program occupies three days of each week, with group sessions, individual counseling and recovery education.
WISH Program for Pregnant Women
WISH, the Women and Infant Service for Health serves pregnant and parenting women in Winston-Salem.
Women can also get methadone or buprenorphine for opioid use disorder when appropriate, so the medication stays inside the program.
