Chrysalis provides outpatient and intensive outpatient addiction treatment built around a client centered, humanistic philosophy.
Core services include individual and couples counseling, recovery support groups, drug education and peer support, continuation care and Oregon state compliant DUII rehab, including assistance for out of state cases.
Sessions draw on evidence based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, trauma informed counseling and relapse prevention planning.

Chrysalis operates in person at 350 East 11th Avenue in Eugene, with an ADA accessible facility and counseling available Monday through Saturday.
The program accepts OHP plans including Trillium and PacificSource, Medicaid and private insurance, and self pay on a sliding fee scale and no one is turned away for inability to pay.
