About Looking Glass Counseling Program
Looking Glass Counseling Program provides counseling and addiction treatment children, youth, young adults and families in Eugene, Oregon.
The program offers outpatient substance use treatment for ages 13 to 24 and mental health counseling for all ages.
Rooted in an individualized, strength-based approach, Looking Glass is committed to meeting young people where they are and supporting lasting change alongside their families.
Youth and Young Adult Addiction Treatment
Looking Glass offers outpatient substance use treatment for adolescents and transitional-age young adults ages 13 to 24.
Certified alcohol and drug counselors provide assessments, individualized treatment planning and ongoing outpatient care tailored to each client's goals.
Sessions may incorporate methods like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, trigger identification, and relapse prevention alongside trauma-informed counseling and substance use education.
The program also addresses co-occurring mental health concerns and supports clients navigating difficult social environments, court referrals and family dynamics.
Wraparound and Culturally Responsive Support
Beyond therapy, Looking Glass offers peer support, skill building, school-based services and a client resource pantry stocked with food, hygiene items, and clothing.
The program also provides LGBTQIA+ affirming care, Spanish-language services and psychiatry support with interpreter access for Spanish-speaking clients.
