Outpatient care is the level here. Substance use treatment covers youth and adolescents from 13 to 24, and outpatient mental health counseling covers children, youth and adults who are having difficulties. You can be seen in person, by telehealth or by telephone at each location. That’s what outpatient rehab means at this program.

Treatment is individualized, strength-based and solution-focused. The point of that approach is helping clients and families meet treatment goals that belong to them, rather than a shared plan for every household. Youth and adolescents from 13 to 24 are the outpatient substance use track. Children, youth and adults who are having difficulties are the outpatient mental health track. Those are the tracks the outpatient work is built around.

Substance use treatment is for youth between 13 and 24, with certified alcohol and drug counselors (CADC) doing the assessment and the outpatient program. State-certified teams sit alongside that work. Juntos Podemos offers bilingual mental health and substance use treatment in Spanish, including peer support and skill building. Prideful Pathways offers services for LGBTQIA2S+ people and families, including treatment, peer support and skill building.
