WestCare Las Vegas Community Triage Center is a walk-in access point in downtown Las Vegas offering addiction treatment programs. The center serves adults through a continuum of care with gender-specific groups. WestCare provides a welcoming front door to recovery for underserved populations, connecting individuals to the right level of care through same-day medical and ASAM assessments.
Walk-In Assessment and Withdrawal Management
The Community Triage Center specializes in removing barriers to treatment with walk-in intake Monday through Friday. Medical and ASAM assessments help determine the best pathway forward, whether medically monitored withdrawal management, outpatient counseling or referral to higher levels of care within WestCare's continuum.
Withdrawal management services provide supervised, compassionate support as adults stabilize. The outpatient programs blend individual and group counseling using CBT, Motivational Interviewing and other techniques. The team emphasizes relapse-prevention curriculum and education classes with intensive daytime treatment without overnight stays.
Community Partnerships and Diversion Programs
WestCare collaborates with local partners to support criminal justice diversion and child welfare diversion pathways, connecting individuals with treatment instead of incarceration. The center also offers the Connections Fatherhood F.I.R.E. program, providing fatherhood education, training and opportunities for positive engagement with children alongside recovery services.
